Your competitor isn't better. They just ask.

Same street, same standard of work. One of you collects reviews every week and answers every one. A year later, only one of you is in the map pack.

We pull your real profile numbers and send back a one-page read. No call required.

Month 00

Two businesses start level. Same trade, same town, 44 reviews each.

Month three. They've started asking every customer. You've been busy doing the work. Nine reviews apart — nothing you'd ever notice.

Month nine. The distance is real now, and their profile is answering reviews within the day. Yours hasn't been touched.

Month fifteen. You've dropped out of the three-pack for your best-earning search. Nobody sends you a notification when that happens.

Month twenty-four. They are 150 reviews ahead. The work was never the difference. The asking was.

The good news

A gap made of arithmetic closes with arithmetic.

Nothing above was a mystery — it was a pace difference compounding for two years. Which means the fix isn't a rebrand or a bigger ad budget. It's a higher pace, held steadily, for a number of months you can work out in advance. Put your own numbers in.

The pace is the whole product.

Almost every owner we meet is already collecting one or two reviews a month — the ones that arrive on their own. Getting to fifteen or twenty isn't about trying harder. It's about the ask leaving automatically the minute a job is marked done, going out by text and email, and following up twice without anyone remembering to.

That's the system below. Nudge the slider and you'll see what a change in pace is actually worth — and roughly which month you'd pass the business you're chasing.

Why reviews move rankings

Four things feed the one lever you own.

Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence. You can't move your shop and you can't change what people type. Prominence is yours, and reviews are most of it.

Count compounds, quietly.

A competitor adding six a month adds seventy-two a year without ever thinking about it. Matching their total once only catches you up to where they stood twelve months ago — which is why "we'll get some reviews this quarter" never actually closes anything.

72 Reviews a competitor gains in a year at six a month — while you're not counting.

Old reviews go quiet.

A wall of five stars from 2019 tells a searcher very little about whether you're any good now. Fresh reviews are the signal that a business is busy this month, and they're the ones a customer reads before deciding who to call.

2019 The year of the newest review on a profile we audited last month. It still averaged 4.8.

One bad week sticks — unless you have volume.

With 40 reviews, two angry ones visibly drag your average. With 400, they barely register. Volume isn't only about ranking; it's the insulation that stops a single rough job from following you around for two years.

4.2 → 4.7 What forty new reviews does to an average dented by two one-stars. Arguing with the one-stars does nothing.

Silence reads as gone.

Google asks owners to reply, and customers read the replies before they read the reviews. An unanswered complaint sitting at the top of your profile costs you more than the star it took — it's the last thing someone sees before they call the other number.

60 Minutes, typically, from a review landing to a drafted reply waiting in your phone for approval.

What we build

A review engine that doesn't need remembering.

Owners already know they should ask. They don't, because asking is the last thing on a long day. So we take it off the person and put it on the system — built on our own platform, running on every completed job.

01

Connect the trigger

Your booking software, CRM, invoicing or POS fires an event the moment a job is marked complete.

No new software to learn and no daily list to work through. If you already close jobs in a tool, that's the trigger. If you close them on paper, one tap on your phone does it.

02

Ask at the peak

The request goes out by text and email within minutes — while the customer still remembers your name.

One tap opens your Google review box directly. Ask a week later and you're competing with the rest of their life. Timing is worth more than wording.

Text + email · two follow-ups
03

Catch the unhappy ones first

Anyone who signals a problem is routed to your team the same day, before the follow-up sequence runs.

To be direct: we don't screen anyone out of leaving a public review. Google prohibits it and profiles get penalised for it. What we do is make sure you hear about a bad job in hours rather than after it's public and permanent.

Service recovery, not gating
04

Reply to everything

AI drafts a response in your voice within the hour. You approve or edit it from your phone.

Every review, not just the good ones. A calm, specific reply under a one-star does more for the next person reading it than the review ever cost you.

Watch your own numbers move

A monthly report on the four things that matter — new reviews, ask rate, rating and response time.

We don't spend your money watching the business down the street. Keep your own pace high month after month and the position looks after itself. One page, plain numbers, no dashboard to log into.

The rest of it

Reviews get you found. These are what happen next.

Ranking is only worth something if the click lands somewhere convincing. We take the rest on when it's the thing actually holding you back — not before, and never as a bundle.

How you'll judge us

Four numbers, every month, all of them yours.

We'd rather be measured on things that move your position than on impressions and reach. These are the numbers on the report — and none of them require watching anybody else.

Metric 01 New reviews / month

Your pace, month by month. The one number everything else follows from.

Metric 02 Request → review rate

What share of asks turn into a posted review. Tells us whether the timing is right.

Metric 03 Response rate & time

How many reviews got a reply, and how fast it went up.

Metric 04 Rating & recency

Where your average sits and how fresh your newest reviews are.

What it's worth

This has to change your revenue, or it isn't worth doing.

Every agency will tell you reviews matter. Far fewer will do the arithmetic in front of you. So here it is, in the only terms that count — how much has to change before this pays for itself.

Break-even

Your numbers
1.7 extra jobs a month covers the whole cost. After that it's profit.
4 extra jobs / mo
Added revenue / year $21,600
Added profit / year $5,076

This is arithmetic on numbers you typed, not a forecast of results. Nobody can promise you a specific number of extra jobs — what we can tell you is how small the change has to be before the maths works.

Where the money actually leaks

You're already paying for the calls you don't get.

The jobs you lose to the shop with more reviews never show up anywhere. There's no line item, no missed-call alert, no angry email. The phone is simply quieter than it should be, and it's very hard to attribute a quiet week to a search result you never saw.

Asset, not spend

Ads stop the day you stop paying. Reviews don't.

Turn off a Google Ads budget and the leads end that afternoon. The four hundred reviews you collected are still sitting on your profile next year, still being read, still counting toward how Google ranks you. It's one of the few things in local marketing that accumulates instead of evaporating.

The cheapest margin you own

It's the same crew, the same trucks, the same week.

Extra jobs won from reviews don't require hiring, new equipment or a bigger ad budget — they fill capacity you're already paying for. That's why the break-even is measured in a fraction of one job rather than in a campaign.

Price, not just volume

A strong profile lets you stop being the cheap quote.

When someone has already read thirty recent reviews and your owner replies before they call, the conversation starts from trust rather than from price. Businesses that have to win on being cheapest are usually the ones with nothing else to show.

Pricing

One price. Nothing to decode.

The review engine is a single monthly fee, month to month. No setup charge, no per-review pricing, no tier where responding to your reviews costs extra.

Read the questions first

Straight answers

The questions owners actually ask.

Can you filter out the bad reviews before they post?

No — and be careful with anyone who says yes. Google's policy prohibits review gating, which is steering happy customers to your profile while quietly diverting unhappy ones, and profiles get penalised for it. What we do instead is give an unhappy customer a fast, obvious way to reach you first, so most problems get solved in a phone call rather than in public.

How long before it shows up in the rankings?

Review volume and response rate move in the first month, because those are things the system controls directly. Position in the map pack moves slower and depends on how far behind you're starting and how competitive your area is. The calculator above gives you an honest arithmetic estimate — it's a projection, not a promise.

Do I have to switch software?

No. The engine runs on our platform and connects to whatever you already use to book and close jobs — it sits alongside your existing setup rather than replacing it.

We already have a few bad reviews. Does that ruin it?

Usually the opposite — it's the easiest thing to improve. A well-handled one-star with a calm owner reply reads as a real business rather than a suspiciously perfect one. And the fastest way to fix an average is volume: a run of new reviews moves the number far more than arguing with an old one ever will.

Who writes the responses?

A draft is generated in your voice within the hour and a human on our side checks it before it reaches you. Nothing posts to your profile without your approval, unless you specifically ask us to auto-post the straightforward five-stars.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to your Google Business Profile and a way to know when a job is finished. That's it. Setup takes about a week, and after that the time it asks of you is approving replies.
